Phone Number: Used for account authentication via OTP and for contacting you regarding your deliveries.
Name: Used to identify your account and personalize your experience.
Delivery Address & Location Data: We collect your exact or approximate location (latitude and longitude) and physical street address to facilitate the accurate daily delivery of milk and dairy products to your doorstep.

B. Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your "Wallet Balance" within the app. We track your transactions, recharge history, and order payments to maintain an accurate ledger of your account balance. We do not process direct credit card payments natively; any third-party payment gateways used are subject to their own privacy policies.

C. Device and Usage Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your native actions that are integral to the App, including your device type, operating system, and push notification tokens (used to send you updates about order statuses, deliveries, and outstanding balances).

D. Audio/Microphone Data

If you utilize the Voice Search feature, the App requires microphone access to recognize your speech solely for the purpose of finding products within the app. Voice data is processed securely and is not stored permanently or used for any other purpose.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

Fulfill and manage deliveries: Route our delivery personnel to your exact location for daily milk drops.
Account Management: Create, log in, and manage your user account securely.
Financial Accounting: Maintain your wallet balance, process deductions for daily orders, and manage credit limits.
Communication: Send you push notifications regarding order confirmations, delivery cut-off times, and outstanding debt alerts.
Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve operational issues.
